Ordering Policy
Rock River Arms policy regarding serialized/FFL required items:
For all serialized items (Rifles, Pistols and Lowers) all orders must be placed and payments made by the dealer/FFL holder. Retail customers, please contact your local dealer/FFL holder.
NOTE: ONCE SUBMITTED ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
Order cancellations will result in a 20% cancellation fee. In addition, cancellation of credit card purchases prepaid prior to shipping will be subject to an additional 3% processing fee. In the case of cancellation of gift card purchases prior to shipping, the gift card will be credited less the 3% processing fee or the customer will receive an in-house credit towards future purchases. Changes requested after order submission, including configuration, subs, etc., will result in a reprocessing charge.
NOTE:
Substituting a lower capacity magazine for the standard magazine costs $10 in 9mm; $15 in .308.
NOTE: AWB Compliant Rifles and Complete Upper Halves.
All orders for AWB Compliant Rifles and Complete Upper Halves require a 50% deposit at the time of order.
