All returned and/or refused products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will not apply if the return is the result of an error by Rock River Arms. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be preapproved by RRA, must be issued a return authorization (RMA), and must be returned in new condition within 30 days of order fulfillment. All Rock River Arms rifles and upper halves are custom built to your order, and lead times can vary significantly based on order volume and availability of specific parts. Please allow 30 days delivery for most LAR-15 rifles, kits and upper halves. Please allow 30-60 days delivery for most LAR-15 pistols and pistol upper halves. LAR-15 stripped lowers and complete lower halves are in stock and generally available for shipment within 5-7 business days. Please allow 30-60 days delivery for most LAR-9 rifles, pistols and upper halves. Please allow 30-60 days delivery for standard configuration LAR-8 rifles. The LAR-8 Operators, LAR-8 Predator HP and the LAR-8 20" Varmint will be in production soon and we will be filling existing orders in date order from oldest to newest within specific models. Please allow 30-60 days delivery for most LAR-458 and LAR-6.8 rifles and upper halves. Anticipated initial deliveries for the LAR-40 rifles and upper halves is late summer 2010. Anticipated initial deliveries for the PPS Pistol is June-July 2010, and the PPS Carbine is August, 2010. In stock parts and accessories should ship within 3-5 business days, and will ship separately from rifles and upper halves unless otherwise specified.
